DEADLINE for submission of proposals (panels and communications that comprise them, open communications, audiovisuals, posters, book presentations, workshops and other formats).
DEADLINE for EARLY BIRD (reduced) registration. As of MARCH 11th, 2024, in all cases the price for the second period (full price) will apply.
DEADLINE for REGISTRATION of participants with PROPOSALS APPROVED by the Scientific Committee
Registration deadline for those who do not submit proposals and wish to attend as listeners.
Authors and coauthors of PROPOSALS ACCEPTED by the Scientific Committee that have not completed their registration – that is, made the payment and sent, when pertinent, the supporting documentation – by the set deadline (APRIL 14th, 2024), will not be included in the Conference Program and will not be able to present their proposals in it.
As of April 15th, no payment will be refunded.
